Our meals are an experience at Camp Tioga! Beyond singing and dancing on your seats with your friends, our food is great too! Our Head Chef, David Mack, has been on the television show MasterChef, and has cooked at both the Masters and the US Open. He and his team prepare 3 incredible meals a day, a snack in the afternoon, and an available fruit cart at all times. All of our food is homemade (no premixed or frozen meals here!), and many of our ingredients are from local farms. Our bread is baked on the premesis, and we offer a bountiful salad/sandwich bar at all meals using a wide variety of vegetables, proteins, dressings, and other accoutrements.
Our menu is designed by a certified child nutritionist, and no meal is replicated more than 3 times per summer, ensuring that your child will always have something new to try!
Picky eater? No problem! With our salad bar, sandwich, bar, vegetarian offering, in addition to our regular menu, there is something for everyone! Still can’t find something! Talk to Chef David, we are more than happy to work with you to make sure the nobody leaves our dining hall hungry!
Our facility is 100% nut-free. We use no items that contain nuts, or may have been in a factory containing nuts. We offer gluten-free, vegetarian, and well balanced meal options at each meal and can tailor our offerings to any individual camper who needs it.
